We are so excited about today's featured design and we're pretty sure you're going to go gaga over it too!Nicole, a former client of ours, contacted us to help her with the branding of her new brick and mortar shopStitch Piece Loop.Stitch Piece Loopbegan as an online fabric store to help bring modern, on trend, designer fabrics & yarn to the crafters of Australia. In 2015, the dream expanded to a brick and mortar shop, to not only house their amazing fabrics, but to become a hub for all things handmade and distinctive by independent artists & designers.
Located in picturesque Noosa Heads, their boutique stocks jewelry, kids toys, fashion, accessories, and housewares just to name a few and they are forever on the hunt for new individual designs. So whether you're a maker, a mover, a shaker or all of the above, there is something unique for you atStitch Piece Loop.
Nicole's order was assigned to Lindsey, one of our brilliant designers, who worked closely with Nicole to bring her branding vision to life! What made this project so fun was getting to see the final product–live and in action, which is something we don't always get to see.Nicole was kind enough to photograph her store front and signage which showcases so beautifully the logo and graphics Lindsey designed for her.Their shop is so adorable it makes me want to take a trip to the land down under just to visit it!Take a look:
Lindsey's take on the project:
Nicole from Stitch Piece Loop was a dream to work with.We based her entire branding process around her idea to have laser cut timber for her store signage.I'm a huge fan of anything made out of pure wood, and incorporating simple, modern, hand-lettered fonts was the perfect way to contribute to the homemade ethos of the store.I gasped with excitement when Nicole sent me pictures of her completed storefront windows and signage. As a designer, it is incredibly rewarding to see your logo designs come to life!Next time you are visiting the land down under, go check out her darling store!
When my sister & I decided to open our brick & mortar retail store we knew how important branding would be.Having previously worked with Designer Blogs for our initial blog design, we had no hesitation in returning to Erin & her team to develop our perfect logo & business card design.Once again the process was made so easy and completed in a very timely manner. We have been able to use our logo design in all of our shop signage, digital & print advertising, and on our website – and have had great feedback from our customers. Thanks so much for the great work Lindsey – we really appreciate it!
